The why

Mental health is something I've struggled with personally.
Fitness has helped me find structure, discipline and strength during difficult times.
I'm not a dedicated runner, and that's exactly why I chose this challenge.
For 30 days, I'm stepping outside my comfort zone to start conversations about something too many men struggle to speak about.
Because asking for help is a sign of strength.
You don't have to face your struggles alone.
